HOSPITAL, HOSPICE & HEALTH VOLUNTEERING

Large numbers of volunteers work at the local hospital and hospice. This is perhaps one of the most popular types of volunteering. Teams of volunteers work on rota systems so you can help as little or often as you like.
For a career in medicine, nursing or social work this provides valuable experience.
