SERVING MEALS & REFRESHMENTS

Just a little of your time, even on a very occasional basis will be very much appreciated.

Many elderly and disabled people rely on others to provide their main meal of the day - either at a Lunch Club / Day Centre. For clubs, cooking is generally not required but help is needed to serve the meals and to chat to the members.

Meals on Wheels are always in need of more drivers and escorts throughout the Borough. Over 700 disadvantaged people rely on this daily service which is delivered by volunteers.

On a Time to Time basis, volunteers help out with refreshments for special events.
